I have attended a number of Community Forums over the last 12 months or so and one of the most common complaints by residents is dog mess and inconsiderate people who allow their dogs free and unrestricted access to dumping their mess wherever they like.
I will be writing to voluntary and community organisations in the next day or so asking for ideas as to how we can help solve this problem and as ever will be looking for ideas and I am sure I will get loads knowing how passionate, flexible and creative the voluntary and community sector is.
